User agreement. Public offer for the provision of services.

The project "EstateAll" - then the Project owner is a company EstateAll hereinafter - the Company), in which users receive information about the property in Albania including other services, specified or listed on the Project website (hereinafter "the website"), the Company is also engaged in promotion of the Project and provides information support of the Project.

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") describes the terms and conditions for providing services through the Project's website (s).

A site user is a person who uses the real estate database and services provided on this site.

The user of the site guarantees that he is an adult and capable individual or an authorized representative of a legal entity.

All information provided and published by the User is accurate, truthful, fair and accurate.

The User undertakes to act within the framework and in accordance with this Agreement and the law of the Republic of Albania, in the territory of which the Company is registered.

By making a reservation of real estate for subsequent purchase, sending payment for the application for tours for real estate, paying for the reservation of real estate for rent or advance payments for the Company's services on the Project website, the User thereby accepts the terms of this Agreement.

Please do not use the Project's services if you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement.

The Project reserves the right to make changes to the Agreement (including in relation to the cost) unilaterally without prior notice at any time, and the changes are considered valid from the moment of publication on the site.

The Project is not responsible if false information posted by the User on the site will cause direct and / or indirect losses to third parties, or to the User himself.

For informational purposes, the Project's website(s) contains photos and texts (hereinafter referred to as materials), the copyright holder of which is the Company, or third parties that have granted such rights to the Company, or photos and texts that are freely available on the public Internet without specifying restrictions on their use by the authors.

If you believe that any material violates your copyright, please send the documents confirming your authorship to the email address [email protected] – The Project will review them as soon as possible (up to 7 days) and, if a violation of rights is established, immediately exclude the material from the Project site.

All photos are posted on the site solely for informational purposes or to accompany the accompanying title or text, and are intended for informational, educational or informational purposes.

The User understands and accepts that the Project has the right to change or terminate the Site with or without prior notice, and that the Project is not responsible to Users or third parties regarding the suspension or termination of the Site. The project does not guarantee that the site will meet the User's subjective ideas and expectations; that the platform will work without interruptions or technical errors.

How does the payment process work?

Payments. Payment by bank card online

Our website is connected to Internet acquiring, and any User can pay for services with a Visa or Mastercard bank card. After confirming the selected service, a secure window opens with the payment page of the LiqPay processing center, where you need to enter your bank card details. For additional authentication of the cardholder, the 3D Secure protocol is used. If your Bank supports this technology, you will be redirected to its server for additional identification. For more information about the rules and methods of additional identification, please contact the Bank that issued your bank card.

Online payment security guarantees

The LiqPay processing center protects and processes your bank card data according to the PCI DSS 3.0 security standard. Information is transmitted to the payment gateway using SSL encryption technology. Further transmission of information takes place over closed banking networks that have the highest level of reliability. LiqPay does not share your card details with us or other third parties. For additional authentication of the cardholder, the 3D Secure protocol is used. All operations with payment cards are performed in accordance with the requirements of VISA International, MasterCard and other payment systems.

The personal information you provide (name, phone number, e-mail, credit card number) is confidential and not subject to disclosure. Your credit card information is transmitted only in encrypted form and is not stored on our Web server.

Rules for pre-payment for services.

The User pays for the booking of real estate for subsequent purchase or an advance payment for booking rental housing in Albania, consulting services or other services specified on this Company's website, when confirming the application on the site

An unpaid booking will be cancelled.

All prices on the site are shown in Euros, but without VAT. Therefore, before making a payment, ask your manager for the final price.

Before making a full or partial payment (with the option to pay extra on the spot), the user sees the final amount of all payments. The Project will not charge any other surcharges, fees or commissions.

After payment of the order, all information, namely: the date of performance of services, the amount already paid, the amount of additional payment on the spot (if any) is automatically sent to the Project and user's email, and is an official confirmation of the transaction and a guide in case of disputes.

After completing the booking, the User receives a booking code confirming the order and its payment to the email address specified in the application. The user must present a receipt or letter before starting to use the ordered services or booking for identification, which are accepted in printed or electronic form, downloaded to a smartphone (tablet) The user.

The user has the right to declare their desire to terminate the application and return the money:

- when booking a rental property one month before check-in;

-when booking a property for inspection one month prior to the provision of this service;

- when entering into a contract to provide assistance in the selection of housing 7 days before the obligations under the Contract arise;

Other points of termination are specified in the official agreement between the Company and the User, and will be sent to the User's address.

Change of booking, refund of payment for services

Cancellation of the order with a refund of the paid amount minus the commission for transferring funds through a bank processing center, as well as changes in the date of arrival at the rental apartment or inspection of the reserved property, the number of people, are possible no later than one month before the date specified in the order.

To do this, send an email about cancellations (changes in the date and / or number of people) to the email address [email protected] from the email address specified at the time of booking on the website, having listed in the email:

· date of application

· date of planned apartment booking or property inspection

· registration code

· customer's name

· phone number

· number of people (if there were more than 1) for whom cancellation /rescheduling of the date is requested

Confirmation of acceptance of cancellation /modification of the order will be sent to the email address from which the request was received.

A refund is only made to the card used to pay for the order.

Refund of funds is made to the User by the Project within a maximum of 48 hours from the date of confirmation of the request for cancellation of the reservation. The term for crediting funds to the card is determined by the terms and conditions of the issuing bank.

The commission charged by the bank for transferring funds is charged to the User.

If the User applies to the Company to cancel a Reservation for apartment rental or property inspection less than 1 month before the deadline specified in the User's Application, the money transferred by the User to the Company will not be refunded and will be accepted by the Company as compensation for the failed transaction.
